It WORKS! That's what the big deal is. I had just gotten back from a procedure for kidney stones when these had just come in the mail. I was having weird hot flashes and put one of these towels to the test. In no time, I was cooling down. Did a great job. What's even stranger is that I didn't even take the time to wet it down. It was cool at the get-go when I pulled it around my neck. Kudos to the cool towel people. Great deal.

I've got two of these cooling towels made by another manufacturer and decided to get a couple more to swap out with the ones I already use so the original two towels don't wear out as quickly. These towels work just as well as my first two. They keep you cool and allow you to power through the heat a little better and longer. Just put them under cool water until they are soaked and them ring them out without squeezing them too hard. Just want them damp. Then drape around your neck and your ready to go. I like to tuck mine in my t-shirt on both sides of my neck. The size is great and and the same size as my other two towels. They fit around your neck and then drape down your shoulders slightly on both sides of your neck. These are a must have in this hot weather.

2 pack of cooling towels. These are thick and spongy. Basically as described you get them wet (the colder / icy water the better) wring it out and put around the neck. Ive had prior thin versions of these that I got for free at conferences - those worked well for about 15 minutes. On the golf course in 90-100 Virginia heat this definitely exceeded expectations. Remained cool for about an hour so I was happy as a clam. When it gets warm just get it cold again and repeat. Not bad at all for a 2 pack. Ive stored them in the golf bags going forward.
