I don't have a wooden cutting board, but I do have a wooden rolling pin and some cooking utensils with wooden handles. I bought some board cream a while back and learned the hard way that it's so hard to get out of a washcloth or rag. I used paper towels after that, but it wasn't a great solution. This little sponge is perfect at its job. It spreads the cream smoothly, gets in any crevices, and is really comfortable to hold. I really like it.

I got the DEBETOOL Cutting Board Oil Wax Applicator and Scrub Brush Set to clean and maintain my charcuterie board. I have a bamboo charcuterie board and need something to apply the mineral oil. The little sponge oil wax applicator is perfect for doing that job. The included natural sisal fiber brush is great at removing any left-over food on the board. The bamboo handles look sturdy and are easy to hold. Definitely, this set is a must for anyone with wood cutting boards or charcuterie boards. One small complaint - I wish the sponge oil wax applicator were bigger. With its small size, I'm not sure that it will last a long time. Also, that little sponge does not appear to be replaceable in its bamboo handle. When it's worn out, you'll need to buy a new one. On the upside, this set will be used solely for the charcuterie board. Since the board is not used often, I don't need to clean it often. So, this brush and oil wax applicator will be used infrequently. All in all, this is a wonderful brush and sponge set for my charcuterie board.
