Started taking these immediately following a UTI. They don't have any side effect, burping or funny taste. I'm sure I've noticed a huge difference, but feel noticed my digestion system seem less irritated. I appreciate there are only a few ingredients. However, I wish there was more information on the actual product itself about benefits of each ingredient, but nothing I can't look up on an alternate site. Need to mention this is 100 doses. Love that its a small bottle, and will last several months. If your looking for extra of any of these ingredients, this has been a great product so far.

I wish I could give this product 5 stars, as most of what you need in a supplement is there.... clear and understandable packaging, all relevant information listed, seals tight, etc. However, as does happen from time to time, at least 1 capsule opened at some point and there is a light dusting over all the remaining product. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge issue, but due to a few of the ingredients, it can leave an unpleasant taste and feeling in your mouth. This does occasionally happen, not universal by any means, but this is my personal experience. Everything else about this seems good and legit. Product made in India.

With this supplement, one serving a day gives me an excellent selection of herbs that I often take separately. This supplement contains dandelion, turmeric, ginger root, Ceylon cinnamon, lemon balm, and holy basil. The capsule is easy to swallow and leaves no aftertaste, and at a serving size of one capsule a day, this supplement will last for a hundred days.

Been taking them for that last few days and perhaps too soon to tell but nothing really different. I like that there is lemon balm in the product and really glad there is no black pepper. Opened a capsule before trying and I could really smell the cinnamon over every thing else. Made the mistake of tasting it and not very tasty but not bad either. I drink it with a full glass of water about four or five hours before I go to bed. Knew most of the ingredients but had to look up Holy Basil and it's good for stress. It's a three month supply and after a week still too soon to tell if I will reorder it.
