Works as intended

My cat is constantly shedding so I got this to try and reduce the amount of fur he leaves around the house. As soon as I start brushing my cat, fur is already coming off. Additionally, my cat seems to like how the brushing feels. I was nervous at first with how tough the bristles of the brush were but it doesnt hurt my cat. The only complain I have is that the comb part is very small and I constantly have to remove fur from the bristles in order for it to continue removing hair. After a few passes the comb is full of cat hair and I have to take it out. Other than that, it works perfectly fine and I enjoy the compactness of the brush

Not a game changer

The Serepet Deshedding Undercoat Brush worked well enough on my cat, but I found it a bit awkward and large for her. It did remove a lot of fur and she enjoyed the brushing. It didn't work well on my cockapoo with longer hair. I was hoping the innovative handle design would make a big difference, but I didn't find that was the case. I'm always on the lookout for twists in design that have a big impact on how a tool works. This is a perfectly fine brush, just not revolutionary.

Ergonomic, comfortable grip pet deshedder

I like the way the handle articulates on this tool. It works well in general on my cat and i do think it has a calming effect when used correctly. The multiposition hand is easy to grip and get the most comfortable approach. I do not think it works as well on my Aussie as his coat (multiple layers) clog the tool quite easily when the fine teeth so close together. Overall , good tool for use on shorter haired pets i think.

It's ok, not great.

The brush is made very well, I just wish it worked better. I have 4 dogs and a cat and tried it on all their various coats. Honestly, it doesn't do much. It's hard to get it to glide through the hair and barely pulls anything out. I had to press too hard on the cat to get it to work. One of the dogs, a Plot Hound without a double coat ... it worked ok on him, but the Corgi and Labrador, no such luck.
