This WZIOEPUL Desktop Calculator has solar powered batteries which make it easy to operate and keep powered up. At 5" x 5" this calculator does not require a lot of space on your desk. Yet it has a large display which is easy to read at your desk level. I especially like the memory functions which allow you to store numbers for retrieval and review. The "check," "correct," and "auto replay" keys are added functions not normally available in inexpensive portable calculators. Additionally, the owner's manual provided operation examples which helpfully explained each new function. I happily recommend this convenient desk calculator, and rate its operation highly. Good value for the price!

This calculator doesn't seem to have any input lag and is nice that you can see your calculation. I like the medium size. I have gotten compliments on the vibrant color and am thinking of sending some to my coworkers.it is also very light weight

For the most part, this is a standard basic calculator. It's affordable, has big buttons a big display screen. It runs on 1xAAA battery and/or a solar cell. It has the common memory features that many calculators have, as well as a tax rate mode. The most interesting feature is the "check and correct" ability. Basically, it stores the sequence of numbers and actions entered, so that if your totals aren't what you expect, you can step through everything that was entered and if you find any places where you entered the wrong number or operation, you can correct the mistake, and it will keep all other existing numbers and operators in place, so you recheck the last total without having to reenter the entire sequence. For anyone who has had to tabulate a number of invoices or check a large number of receipts manually, it's always possible to enter a bad number, and having to reenter the entire group is a pain (and can be another chance for entry errors to sneak in somewhere else.) The checking process is not hard to do, but it's hard to explain. If you follow the steps in the manual, you should get the hang of it.

I got this calculator to use out at events where I need to do basic calculations without having to use my phone or rely on batteries. I was surprised to find that this calculator uses a battery, since I specifically went for a solar calculator. I know some devices use batteries as a backup, but calculators are one of those things that should run on solar easily. Other than this flaw, the calculator does work well. I just wish it was exclusively solar powered.
