Was hard to get much more out of him about it than this tho, so it may not be very memorable. ;)

This kit was put together well. The box was sturdy, large instruction manual was easy to see. Cardboard cutouts were easy to remove and fairly easy to assemble (my 8 year old had no trouble removing them). Parts were good quality. Batteries included is always great! Kit came with plenty of extra pieces for the parts that you might likely lose. Assembly wasnt difficult, but a 6 year old could not do it solo. My 8 year old struggled to understand the instructions (all photos, no written instructions), as did I at times due to the illustrations being out of order, and the guesswork we had to do on a few cuts. Instruction Manual had large color photos and was fairly easy to follow, but lacked some clarity/details. For instance, on page 3 it shows installing the motor into the already folded part B - then immediately after this, the illustration shows how to fold part B which should have been done first. Also, one of the steps just shows the motor being attached to part B, but lacks necessary details. Despite having a designated place to mount it, the motor has to be mounted far enough back so the wheel axles line up with the holes, but far enough forward so the motor doesnt hit the cardboard insert near the tail. Advice: cut the plastic arm pipe longer than you think you will need, then trim down from there after you test the length. If you cut off too much at first, you cant go back. During assembly: make sure not to tighten the wheels to the arms too tightly, or the wheel wont spin at all. Needs to be loose enough for things to have free movement, but almost snug. Once we worked out the kinks in the assembly process together, and everything was together, the final product was great! Seems to hold together very well, motor is strong, kids and cats are enjoying it! I dont suspect it will hold up well once it gets wet, but that is expected for a cardboard frame. Overall great product, I would recommend it for boys or girls probably 8+.
