Fits my pups bed

My dogs bed is the Bedsure 35 x 22 bed with a 4 thick mattress. He has a skin condition that makes him get stinky really quickly. No matter how often he gets a bath, his bed will still hold the stink. Therefore, I LOVE using bed covers on his bed, so its quick and easy to change out the sheets with fresh ones often. I tried out this set of covers. I appreciate that it comes in a 2 pack, and they fit easily over his bed. The material is soft while still being waterproof. It doesnt make crinkly noises, and my dog seems comfortable on it! Im happy with these covers and would purchase them again. If I could change one thing- The cover does shift to one side, though, so it would have been nice to include some ties sewn under it to help keep it in place better.

Improvement Over Handmade Covers with Zippers. Easy to Launder.

For years I have sewn covers for our dogs beds. These handmade covers have always been difficult to use because they have had tops and bottoms with small zippered closures through which I have struggled to stuff the thick foam and polyester batting that make up the innards of most dog beds. These elastic closure covers are an improvement. I ordered this set of two covers because they function more like thick, waterproof sheets. They are working well for our purposes. I would prefer a different, less rosy beige color than I received. But because they are a solid, nearly neutral color, they blend pretty well into our Livingroom dcor. The smooth fabric is easy to spot-clean and to launder. The finishing on these covers is of good quality; there are no loose threads, and the stitching is regularly spaced. The edges of seams are serged so that raveling should be minimal through continued washings. Two different types of fabric are used; the one on top truly is waterproof. We have an old pup who leaks and who gave one cover a test recently. As these wear out, I will likely purchase another setnext time in gray.

Good fit. Seems well sewn. Nice feel

Pic 1 is the actual bed I used them on. I love the ease of being able to just slip that cover off and wash it without all the work of pulling the zippered cover off and then getting it all pushed back inside. Pic 2 shows the brushed (fleece like) backing. It appears to be well stitched, so I expect it to hold up to use. Pic 3 shows there is at least 4 inches width covering the bottom of this 4-inch bed. The top is softly brushed and seems to be water resistant. It would be easy to add and elastic band on the back side if the one pup gets too aggressive 'digging' at it. Pic 4: The pups are happy checking it out. "We" did not notice any objectionable odor when opening it up. I felt the price point was fair for these TWO covers. Think I'll be looking for something similar for an older bed the pups have found a weak spot in and pull the stuffing out of!

Great for pups that dont like fluffy stuff

Our puppy doesnt like puffy or Sherpa type beds and these covers work perfectly to cover foam. I cut two pieces of an old mattress topper down to the size of the cover and then glued the two pieces together. I put a cover on the new bed and it was ready for use. - Since there are two covers Im able to throw the dirty one in the laundry on bath day and put a clean cover into rotation. This means I dont have to rush and wash the dirty cover and can wash when Im ready. - The smooth fabric on top of flat foam means my puppy doesnt scratch and dig. - These covers should be long wearing and have been well constructed. All of the seams are serged so there isnt any fraying. The elastic isnt just slid into a casing, which allows for uneven fabric movement, instead the elastic has been evenly sewn around. - I like the dark color so if there is any staining its less visible. I enjoy sewing but I couldnt make new covers for less than these covers are offered at with all the features the fabric they used includes.

Wash One, Use One

This is a great two pack of covers for my pups pad in her kennel. The pad originally came with a zipper cover, which is still in great shape and I have washed many many times and will continue to use. But it does take a little bit longer to squeeze the pad into the zippered cupboard and zip it closed. These covers are just so easy. Its like putting on a fitted sheet over a mattress but even easier since I dont have to crawl across the pad to tuck in the corners. they seem to be very sturdy and I think will hold up very well. I have a 60 pound doodle and she loves sleeping in her kennel on these covers. They are so easy to pop off and throw in the washing machine. I take one off and can immediately put the other one on while one is being washed.
