We have an 8 almost 9 yr old Great Dane. She isn't on leash very often but it's nice to have something short because you have more control and can keep them away from trouble easier. It is made very well and I love the design. The handle is soft and the material used makes it thicker than most leashes out there. The clasp took me a second to work as I have never seen one like it before. You need to slide the little screw thing down and then push it inward. So instead of just the clasp, they made it safer with the slide that goes up to keep it closed. I am very pleased with this leash. The clasp itself is metal and seems to not be super strong metal so I wouldn't feel safe using it on dogs that have a tendency to pull a lot because I don't think it would hold up too well. Just my opinion. Overall, good short leash, good price, would recommend.
This short leash is great for those times when you need to keep your dog close. The leash is well made and easy to use. The padded handle is comfortable to hold, and I like the cute designs offered.
