It came with instructions and was very easy to replace. Only took 10 min. The glue seems to stick good. We will have to see over the next months if it stays in place. So far so good. I am really liking the way it looks. Very happy with those new ear pads. I would totally recommend them if you need a replacement.

I had a pair of pretty old Beats headphones from 2015, and was having trouble finding a pair of replacement ear cushions for them. I stumbled upon these and they worked well! They are soft and comfortable and fit the headphones perfectly. The instructions that came with the earphones were pretty good, but it would have been helpful if the set came the tool to take off the old headphone pads as well as the alcohol wipes necessary to clean off the old adhesive. I struggled a bit to orient the new pads and get them to adhere. I think my biggest complain would be the poor adherence. After putting quite a bit of pressure on them and leaving them sit with pressure for a few days though the pads are adherent, and work well!

These fit my beats perfectly. They were easy to install, stick is very good, they look like they will hold up better then the original ones, and they were the right color. This is a good price for replacement pads. I like them very much and I expect they will last longer than the one month that the originals did.

The media could not be loaded. Got these replacement pads for my Beats Solo3 headset. The old ones were worn-out significantly and decided to try these. They fit great and are thicker( with memory foam - soft cushioning) than the original ones by 3 or 4mm Few things to note to get a best install 1. Use a thin device like a used credit card or plastic prying tool to remove the original ear pads. They are really held well with original glue -so you got to pry it well but be sure not to insert too much to crack it open- you can damage your mic and speaker .- Open from outwards and ensure that you do not break the plastic dowels that hold the cushions in place for orientation. Sounds like a big deal-but it is not if you are gentle enough. 2. Once you remove , I used a goo off solvent to remove sticky substance - apply it with a q tip or similar and NOT spray. Let it rest for few minutes and then wipe it off carefully. 3.Wipe it dry and then clean with alcohol solution and let it dry. 4. Once done, pay attention to the pads -and without removing adhesive try to get a dry fit check. 5. One of the ear pads will have a slot where the microUSB is connected- so check that first 6. Ensure that you see the dowel holes sit well with the plastic dowels and if you press it gently it will click. What I would have liked to see is the a. plastic pry tool provided in the kit b. an adhesive removing pad or prep kit along with alcohol swabs.

The cushions on my old Beats Solo 3 headphones were embarrassing because they were flaking off and leaving little black pieces of plastic on my ears, but otherwise my trusty headphones worked perfectly. These Earrock Cushions for Beats Solo 2 & Solo 3 are a perfect replacement. I opted for the "Black with Fabric" version, thinking that maybe the fabric would help them breathe more. I don't know as they breathe more or not, but the fabric looks classy and is comfortable to grasp when putting the headphones on and off. I find these to be just as comfortable as the original cushions. The "protein leather" (not leather in any sense of the word, but I guess the word "pleather" has fallen out of favor) is buttery soft and supple. Removing the old cushions was a bit of a pain, because there was a lot of tough adhesive to remove, but with care (and a plastic guitar pick and rubbing alcohol), I was able to get down to just smooth, clean plastic on which to install these new cushions. The installation was very simple. After holding each new cushion firmly in place with my hands for about a minute, I placed my headphones around a head-wide stack of books and left them overnight to help make sure that the new adhesive would maintain good contact and bond as well as possible. So far I have had these new cushions installed for a month and have had zero problems. They still look and feel like new and have stayed in place just like they should. These new cushions have made my Beats like new. 100% recommended!
