I like the added Selenium

Not that the zinc compound is bad or anything; in fact zinc bisglycinate is one of the more bio-available forms of zinc. So, this product rates high in my books. And as always, I favor supplements like this one, where I only need to take 1 capsule per serving.

Good for the immune system

I take Zink in the wintertime to help avoid getting sick. This one works as good as others I've taken in the past. It's kind of bitter, but you can take it with water. Don't take on an empty stomach though.

Small Nutritious Capsules

These capsules are small and easy to swallow. There is no flavor associated with them. Overall, I feel the nutrients it provides (zinc) helps my energy levels. I've been taking these daily and am happy with the results. For how many capsules you get in an order, I think its well worth the money. I'd get these again.
