I'm not sure how they can calls these xlarge. 3 fish oil pills would not fit. It's too bad because the quality of the box itself is pretty solid.

I really like how this is not plastic and more durable. This can withstand a drop and it doesn't open and spill out. I take my pills all at once in the morning so there's no need for time of day split style. This fits easily the horse pills. The printing of the days is silver like which can be hard to see but not a big deal. The opening grip is silicone and tugs open easily. I would've like the opening grip on the side and the notch on the top spills out the next day smaller pills. I slide out the day and tip out my meds so right now I put my thumb over it to prevent that. Otherwise, it's a good investment

I recently had to go on a regime of supplements. Those horse-size pills require a pill organizer with a large daily slot. The slots in this organizer each easily accommodate eight large pills. Once closed, this organizer does not pop open if it is dropped to the floor - a problem for many plastic organizers. I do wish the daily titles (Mon, Tues, ) on each slot were easier to read. However, so far I like how it works. Side note: Ive gone through four TSA screening checks with no problem when this organizer was in my small backpack/purse.

I needed a new pill organizer for my travels and came across this. First, the packaging was really nice, too nice to throw away and my wife is repurposing. The organizer is metal and has a very good seal, totally waterproof. Big enough for what I need and small enough to fit in my travel bag.

I like these pill cases. Very slick looking and seem sturdy. No little snaps or hinges to break. Uses a soft silicone gasket for keeping moisture out and keeping it sealed with just the right amount of friction to slide open and closed without difficulty. **EDIT- I found the missing gaskets so ignore the bit about the gaskets.*** I ordered three of these. Two cases were shipped together, another single pill case was shipped separately. Both delivered on the same day. The one that shipped alone had no extra gaskets. The product description states "(including 2Pcs extra sealing rubber rings)". So my only complaint is no extra gaskets with one of the cases so therefore there is a lack of consistency in product packaging. All were packaged well and sealed with tape.It also has a "Strong Minimalist Sophistication" according to the box packaging. Yeah I guess so.
