This little kit is great for travel. It's very tiny, but has it all, including a folding pair of scissors that work great.

I got this for our son who needs a basic kit for his new home. It's just enough for the non sewer to handle the most common repairs. It is very portable (but too large for travel) and is complete. There is enough thread in black white and gray plus safety/regular pins and a few pearlized buttons and a scissors!

Very portable and usable! There are a good variety of thread colors too. The needle assist tool (whatever it's called) did break on my first use, although I was accidentally a bit forceful so it may have been my own fault so i won't take a star off for it. Comes with a good amount of stuff and the scissors are very intelligently designed. Love it! A possible improvement would be some sort of locking/sliding latch so it can't be opened on accident. But that may end up making it bulkier so it's a toss up.

I bought this to go into my suitcases when going on vacation. It has everything you may need for quick repairs, which Im thankful for because I got a small tear in one of my outfits while on vacation. Its a great value for the price, small enough to throw in a purse or bag, and has all the essentials like thread, needles, pins, and even a foldable scissor

The media could not be loaded. LOVE this little kit, it's so compact and cute and the scissors feel really well-made. I even cut some cardboard with it already. Everything fits inside just perfectly and the lid stays closed as it should, this will be easy to fish out of my purse or backpack when I travel. And TSA-approved, wahoo!
