Sort of helped some what. Very difficult to peel off the back.

I think the Wellness Knee Patches would help relieve knee pain for someone with a pulled or strained muscle. It did not help my husband who has severe knee arthritis. Well packaged, pleasant fragrance. Some customers reported having problems with patches not adhering well to their skin. They adhered well and did not come loose on my husband. Apply the patches on dry skin, then gently run your warm hands around the edge of the patch to seal it to your skin.

Doesnt relieve knee pain at all. Just a stick on.

But he didnt want to try them so I decided I would try them. I have been dealing with back pain so I figured these patches may help. The Patches are easy to apply, The patch stayed on until I removed it. When it was removed I felt a slight pull but it really didnt hurt, It was less painful than removing most adhesive bandages. I think the patch may have helped a little. Unfortunately I wasnt able to wear the patch that long. I may have had the patch on for about 15 to 20 minutes before I started to have a reaction. I do not think that the ingredients in the patch caused the irritation, it was most likely the adhesive used on the patch. I have a sensitivity (allergic reaction) to the some of the adhesives used in bandages and other items that stick to the skin. If you are wondering why I still tried the patch knowing I have an issue with bandage adhesives, Well it is because not all bandage adhesives cause a reaction. The reaction is mostly activated when a better quality or strong adhesive is used. The cheaper the adhesive the less chance my skin will react. So based on that, I would say that the adhesive used is good. The patch itself looks to be made well. The patch is thin and light. There was a very faint scent. But I had to hold the patch right under my nose to detect it. I think that these Wellness Knee Patches are a good and they may be able to relieve pain for some users. I would be willing to try these patches again if it were possible. If you are wondering if these patches are a good value or not, that is something I really cant decide for you but I can tell you that there are a total of 50 patches in the box, which breaks down to around (0.3798) or 38 cents (USD) per patch which I think is a pretty good value.
