I purchased this headband pad for my Xbox Wireless Headset. I needed it because the initial headset by itself is so uncomfortable and was applying so much weight and pressure on top of my head. It was very painful. Well needless to say, this Greekria Headband Pad fixed that tremendously! I can finally enjoy wearing my headset painlessly and with ease. I was hesitant at first if this would actually fit the headset. Fortunately for me, I lucked out because it fits the headset perfectly. Also, the quality of the product itself seems durable and comfortable. I purchased the Faux Leather one because I think it would prove to be more resilient through use and wear. It works exactly as the product description depicted it to. I am not sure what other reviews here were complaining about with the zipper on the strap. The zipper worked completely fine for me. I had absolutely no trouble installing this on a headset that isn't even listed as "compatible" in the description. So take that for what it is worth. I can't praise this product enough and I am truly grateful to Greekria. They made a great product here available to the market that is much needed and I am appreciative for that. I recommend this product to anyone for their own headset. This is a 5 star item all day, everyday!

If you have a big head (size 8+ mens hat) and the Shure SRH1540 or any similar style headphones, then read on: I wish I found these sooner! The stock "cushions" that come on the underside of the headband for the Shure SRH1540 are bad. They will peel off after a month of owning them, leaving you with 2 metal arches that rest on the top of your head. For a $500 pair of cans, this was surprising to see. The Geekria Protein Leather Headband Pad fit perfectly on the SRH1540. You can use it without the extra cushion that is included, which is what I prefer as someone with a large head. Without the cushion, I get a more comfortable fit. I enjoy the flat padding more than the slightly curved cushion. Also, since my head is big, using the cushion requires me to have my headphones extended all the way and I do not like how they feel when fully extended. I highly recommend these for big heads if you own the Shure SRH1540, or any other headphone that these will fit on.

I am giving 4 stars for 2 reasons: look, and installation. Looks-wise: these make headphones look really awkward and odd while wearing them. I think that has more so to do with my own headset head strap (Corsair Virtuoso), but I'm not wearing them for looks, necessarily. So, this isn't too much of an issue for me, but keep it in mind when you use them. Installation-wise: again, due to MY headband/strap, these were TIGHT. I was afraid I was going to break the zipper when fixing it to the band. Also, keeping it in place was temperamental, but once it was fixed into place, it was NOT going anywhere. With all that said though, this is a worth-while alternative than buying a whole new headband or strap for your headphones! I went with the velour material, and it is WAY more comfortable than the original headband foamy leather. I used to get that pinching nerve-feeling after prolonged time of wearing it, but these negate it altogether. Yes, I have to expand the strap almost to max (8/10 notches), but the comfort value is just there. So, if you're like me and have a headband that's beginning to peel, decay or anything like-manner: get these. You won't be disappointed. I was skeptical, but these have brought new-life to my headphones, even if the zipper aspect of the cover makes it look really goofy (I'm a goofy lad, anyways...so, win-win-win)!
