Second time purchased. Now i need this every morning on my dry lips.

I'm a skincare and beauty junkie. I love trying new brands and researching different formulas. I'm especially impressed with the incredible formulas found in K Beauty, so when I came across this lip balm, I grabbed it immediately. This balm arrived quickly. A colorful and fun box held an equally colorful, but standard shape/size plastic squeeze tube inside. A saftey seal surrounded the adorable pink top of the tube. I immediately noticed that the tube seemed like it had more air than product inside. Only the bottom part of the tube contains product. I don't think I've ever got a tune of lip gloss that was basically less than half full- like this was. Before squeezing anything out, I got out my digital scale. Now, I realize that I'm weighing an entire tube (I did remove the pink top, but not the applicator) and not just the product itself. As stated on both the box and the actual tube, this should contain .33fl oz of product. I weighed this 5 seperate times. Each time the scale read .33fl oz. That's a problem because the weight of the tube (and applicator) PLUS the product should weigh more than than what the product alone should weigh. I'm not sure If I got a bad tube, but it definitely was shorted. (Hopefully, this was just an accident) The product itself is easy to squeeze out and doesn't come out in a stiff, stick like piece. Instead, the translucent pink formula is rather soft and not too thick. I don't really pick up any guava when I smell this from the tube, it's actually difficult to smell any scent at all. This spreads nicely on the lips. It isn't thick or hard, so there is no pulling on the skin. I feel a slight cooling sensation immediately following application and up to 5 minutes after. I wish that lasted longer because it feels great! On the lips, this has a slight sweetness but no 'flavor' and again I get no guava at all. The pink color doesn't transfer much pigment to the lips, but it does enhance the natural color. This has a beautiful shine. I will absolutely agree that this isn't sticky at all. I absolutely love how it feels on my lips. I don't feel like it is getting all over my mouth and teeth. It doesn't get stuck in my hair. This is one of the lightest feeling lip glosses I've ever used, but it still has all the high gloss shine. The ingredient list is pretty long (for a lip gloss) and looks intimidating. This formula contains a mix of natural and chemical components. I researched every single thing on the list. There isn't a single ingredient that is listed as 'potentially' or even 'moderately' dangerous. This is a formula that is FULL of emollients (moisturizers). Some meant to immediately hydrate, some meant to restore the moisture barrier and others meant to smooth and soothe the lips. More moisture, especially I'm the lips means a fuller looking pout. I see why they chose to call the formula 'liptox' and I think it's quite brilliant! This is a great formula and it DEFINITELY delivers on the non-sticky and hydrating claims. I also love the fresh, cooling effect it has on the lips. While I love guava, I didn't find much of it here- in scent or 'flavor', but I'm OK with that because the slight sweetness was enough for me. Unfortunately, there was definitely an issue with the weight of my product, as my tube was nearly empty on arrival, which is a bummer. Hopefully this isn't a quality control issue.
