Nice looking stand that compliments the look of the AirPods Max. Feels pretty sturdy and stable too. It seems like I might have received a bad one because the screw that holds the top bracket wouldn't screw into the top of the arm. I made sure the holes lined up but the screw just wouldn't bite and take hold. I ended up using a couple of drops of super glue to hold the screw in place. It looks like it should work but the top bracket has a little wobble to it. Luckily the bottom screw worked fine and base of the stand is solid with no wobble. It's still a nice stand but the quality control might be a little lacking.

This stand is very sturdy and will not fall over as you are getting your headphones on and off the unit. The base is weighted just enough to make sure it is steady. I loved that the top holder area is curved and padded, so your headphone band doesn't touch aluminum corners or wear on a metal holder. This will provide a longer life for your headphones. Putting it together was easy, it involved putting together 3 pieces (base, arm, holder) and tightening 2 screws. The only gotcha is that the arm can be put in upside down just as easily as right side up (there aren't markings. What you want to do as you assemble it is put the pieces together without the screws and make sure the the top holder lines up in the middle of the bottom base. If it is too far back, just flip the arm around and you are good to go.

I own a lot of different headphones, including a pair of Max's. These are not a minor investment. Their design with the outer aluminum head shell seems to lend itself to scratches. Unless you are willing to store them in Apple's rather unique case, requires a different solution. Enter the VICHYIE Headphone Stand. It is a minimalist design stand consisting of a base, headphone cradle and a center pillar. The base has a small vinyl pad. Made of aluminum, it is an attractive way to display your headphones. As these headphones are always on unless you have them stored in Apple's case, they will over time lose their charge. So far, that has not been a real issue for me. Unfortunately, i did encounter one issue. While the accompanying screw for the base of the stand seeded itself and fit jut fine, the one for the top portion would never fit in. Fortunately, I was able to find one that would work in its place. That issue aside, I am happy with this stand and glad I have a way to keep my headphones looking good without having to uses Apple's case.

Unfortunately this tips over when I place my headphones on it. Its incredibly cheaply made and not worth $15!!
