I will admit that I was very skeptical when I was applying the cleaning gel to the mold/mildew covered gasket of my front loading washing machine, but now I am a believer. I went from almost replacing my gasket, to having a spotless gasket literally overnight! I only wish I took a before picture, because the results were almost too good to be true. This stuff is absolutely awesome! If you have a smelly and gross washing machine gasket, you need this.

This stuff does work but you have to leave it on a very long time. I think a bleach cleaner would have worked just as well and quicker but if you have the time you will be happy with the outcome. I don't really have any issues with my washer but I wanted to use this on my shower. I am happy with the outcome but like I said - It took a lot of time and a lot of product. I did like the brush it came with. It actually came in handy for some other things I scrubbed over the weekend.

I have epoxy grout in my marble shower and it's supposed to be more durable. However, it was getting little dark spots on the grout that just would not come off. I tried bleach cleaner and even direct bleach, and scrubbed even with a toothbrush, and those spots just would not come off. That was driving me crazy, figuratively speaking. So, I gave this stuff a try without much hope. I squeezed some on to the little brush they gave me and scrubbed away. Much to my delight, it did seem to help with the spots! They aren't 100% gone, but they are about 80% gone and that's progress. If you have a difficult to clean thing, go ahead and give this stuff a try. It might work for you too.

I totally recommend. This is perfect for that rubber strip along and under the glass shower door where the water collects and turns into mold. I previously tried a different product that worked, but that product is no longer available. THIS product, however, has the same exact brush included in the kit as the other brand I used. So, when I saw the particular brush, I decided to try it. I let it sit for a while, and then go back later and give a little scrub. For the rubber strip, I might use the brush to make sure I get the gel all spread around. It does NOT remove ALL stains. But, it makes a significant different. This gel works to get rid of mildew in the rubbery gasket of our washing machine. When I ordered it, I was unaware that it was only for addressing mildew. This is not a general-purpose cleaner and it takes hours to do its work. That said, our washing machine no longer stinks, and I am no longer trying multiple products on a weekly basis to get rid of the smell, the mildew itself. This product comes with a brush similar to a brush one might use to clean false teeth. There are no instructions of use. However, it does allow you to first scrub any residue mildew from a washing machine gasket before applying the productto get into corners and tight places. It will be useful for things like scrubbing grout in the future. All in all, this product works well. I think that the product description could be better, though. The product works only to remove mildew and the consumer could be better prepared for the length of time it takes for the gel to work.
