These are the best tasting gluten free pancakes ever. I have tried many different brands at home and even at restaurants and never cared for the texture or flavor but these are top tier. I like that they have the same fluff as regular pancakes. That's really hard to find with gluten free products but these do. The ingredients are good and the price point for gluten free is awesome.

My kid has some new dietary restrictions and finding GF/DF has been challenging. With a couple modifications, this pancake mix is fantastic!! (Using almond milk instead of cows milk & using oil instead of butter) Ive bought SO many bags of this and made more pancakes in the last 3 months than my entire 45 years. Fluffy, delicious, easy to whip upjust get some. Youll thank me later ;)

I usually make pancakes and waffles from scratch but these are super easy to whip up when I'm in a hurry. The same mix makes both pancakes and waffles so I made both. Both turn out fluffy and light and not dry and crumbly like other mixes. I love this mix. If you're looking for am easy to make gluten free pancake and/or waffle mix, look no further. This one is a winner.

Really Good Taste

While I mostly use this product for pancakes and waffles, I have also found it very good for biscuits and gravy. I keep a few packages in panty and enjoy it very often. Well worth the cost.
