Looks quite a bit like a Pelican, only not quite the same upon opening and closing

The media could not be loaded. This hard case was designed for an Insta360, but as you'll see in the video, I'm shoehorning it a bit for use with my DJI Action 4. It adapts moderately well. It seems designed to parrot a Pelican case, but the closing clasps don't close quite as smoothly for me. Still, I think it snaps shut tightly and I feel confident it can protect my camera.

Waterproof Hard Case

This is a very nice hardshell case. I have a fairly expensive soldering iron, and this case is the perfect storage option to protect it. I'll either re-trim the foam insert, or just replace it with a blank insert that I have laying around.

Does what it claims to do and can easily be used for other things

This case shuts tightly and has a rubber gasket around it. I'm not sure I would submerge it in water but I don't see how rain is going to be able to get in there. I personally don't have a GoPro that this was made for but I easily repurposed it to hold my drone controller and I can even get a little power bank in there. If you remove the foam inserts, which is easy by the way, you will find the bottom has a thin but sturdy foam glued down. The top has the egg crate foam glued to the top. The inside sides of this are the plastic walls. Maximum inside dimensions without taking off glued-on foam: 8.25 x 4.5 x 2.25 inches My only complaint is the glossy finish shows fingerprints easily.

Peace of mind

This box really gives me peace of mind. The quality is great, it really is water tight. The size is perfect, and it works for any action camera. You can arrange the foam the way you like to place your camera an accessories. You can use it for your phone, keys and other small personal items to keep them safe on a kayak trip. It is small, yet roomie, sturdy, yet good looking. The price is great, super low if you compare with what you are protecting. I'll be using it a lot, totally recommended.
