The thing sets up one time and never works again

I attempted to activate my cameras with this app. Then I was forced to use my debit card. However this app did not work. Therefore I do not want to receive any charges for this app that says it is completely free. And I will be contacting my bank momentarily. Your content is so confusing because it has so many ads asking for money. This is horrible and I'm going to go to ZeeBooth and say the same thing where I purchase these light bulbs. This is the worst experience of customer service especially for a single person looking to protect their home. How dare you play on the communities emotions by representing yourself to contribute to our safety and at the same time attempt to take advantage of us. At some point someone should be a reputable company selling a service and giving us what we pay for.

The media could not be loaded. I am getting roommates and just wanted an extra measure of security to that I can ensure they do not invade my space. The light bulb camera is discrete enough to do that. Pairing took a couple of tries. I think I wasn't actually pressing the button when resetting it. I used an earring rather than the little piece that comes with it for that very reason. Once I used the piece, it worked fine. After that it was easy to pair. The camera qukity is pretty good and the night vision works great. The speaker fiction works really well. I can be clearly heard if someone actually does invade my space while I'm out. One very important thing to note. You will need removable storage or to purchase their monthly plan to be able to access and save videos more than just a few videos. You can still access the camera and all functions without it. Motion detection works well too. My favorite part is the tilt feature. You can move the camera around to get a wider view of the space. Overall, it does what I need it to do and comes with a few extra features.
