This Liposomal Fisetin Supplement also contains several other related nootropic ingredients, most of which were already in my regimen. I like that it's the Liposomal form of Fisetin, which is supposed to provide better absorption and that a single capsule provides 1000mg of Fisetin, which is almost 7 times the 150mg in my previous brand. For me, the 1g/day is enough so I don't need to take 2 capsules a day, and the bottle of 60 will last twice as long. I note a discrepancy on the label under Supplement Facts where it states the serving size as 2 capsules and 60 servings per container, but since the bottle only has 60 caps, the math is obviously wrong. It also says Made in USA, but there's no indication of 3rd party lab testing, so I've deducted a star.

This is a combo supplement, but just looking at the bottle, I might not initially notice, since the bottle label front simply states "Liposomal Fisetin." I would appreciate for combo supplements to indicate they are combo supplements on the front label. Apart from liposomal Fisetin, this supplement has Bromelain, Resveratrol, Quercetin, Trimethylglycine, CoQ10, Tumeric, and Zinc. Only the Fisetin is in a liposomal formulation, keeping the fisetin out of contact with gastric acids to improve its bioavailability. This supplement is non-GMO, soy-free, and sugar-free, and is made in the USA. Extraction ratios are given for the ingredients coming from extracts, providing transparency as to what and how much of each ingredient you are ingesting. That is appreciated, as one may need to limit the amount of certain ingredients consumed in a day, and often, I find various supplements having overlapping ingredients. This does seem to be a quality supplement. My one reservation is the multiple ingredients, and making sure I'm not inadvertently doubling up on elements that overlap or are duplicated in other supplements I take.

Decent sized capsule for all that it includes the 0 size, not the giant 00. I like the liposomal fisetin just by itself. Large amount and lipo? Yes, please. And a good list of extrasexcept. Is that enough of each for your needs. Something like zinc, yes. In fact, a little too much since its in other things. But a little lower on the others than I normally use. But with this combo, adding another dose of some of those supplements will put me over what I want to take. Tough call and YMMV. A lot of mix and match these days with all the combos out there.

I take fisetin as part of my healthy aging regimen. I like how this supplement also has resveratrol and TMG so I don't need to take those separately. The only thing missing is NMN because unfortunately it can't be sold here on ZeeBooth. TMG and NMN work great together and they're important for someone like me in their late 30s. I take 2 of these liposomal capsules daily and the bottle lasts me for a month.
