Comfortable to use, easy to keep in mouth without any gaps

I only used the highest resistance setting on this, although it is adjustable to lower. I didn't feel like it was too much of a challenge, but maybe over time I will feel an improvement. This is a very comfortable device that has the preventative area to bite down on to hold it in place and prevent hurting your tongue. And it was easy to keep it in place. I did have to use it over the sink as when taking it out after use there is a lot of built-up saliva. I don't know about how effective it will be but it certainly seems to provide a good breathing exercise. The only pain will be washing this after each use, as I wouldn't be comfortable with only rinsing it.

Comfortable to keep a hold on it with my teeth, and easy to clean afterwards. The option to change the difficulty level is nice. I like that this increases the difficulty of my workout and that it pushes my lungs more.

Wash with Antibacterial Detergent

Wish I could wash this product with boiling water or in Dishwasher but, the instruction says, wash with Antibacterial Detergent. I see a silver screw in the middle of this product, hope this won't get rusted. Other than that, the item seems good and it comes with plastic case.

Lung Trainer - I Honestly Don't See the Point....

I don't know if my device was defective or what, but I honestly do not see the point of this device as it did not do anything regardless of how I adjusted it. I do like the storage case and the device is easy to keep clean, but it did not work for me.
