What I love about this notebook is the sturdiness of the case, the colors, the front pocket sleeve and the overall look of it. Zip it open and it has many card holders, more pocket sleeves, a six ring notebook with many pages to document or write notes. This would be perfect for campers or hikers but just as nice for throwing in your car. I am a note taker always have been and things get thrown around, dropped and spilled in your car. This notebook will keep your lists dry, keep your cards handy, and think about all those loyalty cards we carry or even business cards. Love, this is well made, well thought out, and handy.

There are a lot of features that make this a great military-style notebook. The hook-and-loop section on the front gives you room for name/branch tapes if you want, or another patch of your choosing. The material the notebook is made out of appears to be good, durable fabric, and the zipper appears to be very good as well. There are a total of three pockets, one outside and one inside, that will fit a full A5 page. There's room for six wallet-size cards as well as an ID card slot, as well as a pen holder loop in the back. Inside it comes with plenty of A5 lined paper, but the six-ring binder is easily refillable. The rings are more rigid than many other binders I've tried over the years, which I think will extend its lifetime as they shouldn't misalign as easily as weaker rings. It also includes two A5 size sheet protectors already in the binder, which I find particularly useful to put an A5 9-line card and a range card into so I can use alcohol-erasable markers to fill those out and then wipe them clean when I'm done with them. Overall, great notebook for those who like military-style everyday gear.

Reasonably fair quality materials and good construction. Zips easily and smoothly. Has several sleaves for additional papers or refference materials. Not sure why it has slots for business cards but it has those too. I especially like that front and back covers are hardened which helps with writing while standing. Comes with paper and a few plastic dividers. Wish it had less business card slots a more places to put pens.
