I got these as a replacement for my OEM case for my Sony WH1000XM4 noise-cancelling headphones; it's 100% a perfect fit. It's not quite as compact as the stock case, which uses some of the unique geometry of the WH1000XM4 to overlap the headset sides asymmetrically to make the absolute most of the space, but in this case you just put your headphones in laying flat with both sides extended the same length. The build-quality is every bit as good (maybe better) as your expensive headset's stock case... EXTREMELY professional-looking inside and out and very protective. Very nice hard sided case. Have a very nice pair of off brand headphones I carry with me on travel. They are great at blocking out the constant drone of airplane engines. This case is great for keeping them from getting crushed in my bag. If I misplace them or if they get stolen it's not a huge deal. The case makes them look expensive but they are not. Also when not in use keeps then safe and dust free. Well made case. For the price it can't be beat.

I have the Sony WH1000XM4 model. This case is roomier than the original (stock) case. The only downside is that it squeezes the earpads a bit too much. Very protective case (rigid and well-designed). The case has a zip around 80% of the case. You don't have to bend the earpads into a collapsed position All you must do is turn the earpads 90 degrees (flat). It has a nice feature: a second, hard-sided, small case where you can put your charge cable. Attractive. Fantastic value. Highly recommended.

I wanted a hard case for when traveling that could take a little abuse. This worked well for that purpose.
