My only minor complaint is that the guards could be a bit more durable, but overall, they work well and provide relief. The size they provided doesn't fit me well, but it might fit you.

This 2 count box of Litlcutie Mouth Guard for Grinding Teeth, 4 Pack Moldable Teeth Guards came well received and intact. There are 2 moldable guards in each pink plastic storage case. Each storage case has a mirror inside once the peel off film is removed from the mirror. The pink guards can be cut to fit the mouth as needed. Just place the guards in boiling water and place in mouth for custom fit. May have to be in and out of the boiling water a few times to get the most proper fit. Personal preference is to cut the guards into smaller pieces and use just a little of the moldable piece to cover just the front of the bottom 6 teeth. Keeps the grinding from wearing down the teeth and the mouth is not full of huge whole mouth guards. IMO

I ordered this because it includes child sizes, and my 8yo has bruxism. It looks just as nice as the other mouth guard set I ordered thats one of the best-rated on ZeeBooth. I love that it comes with storage cases. I dont love that the instructions say its not for individuals under 18. Im not sure if theyre just avoiding the risk of lawsuits or what, but they dont put it in their listing that its for adults only, and Im left with the question of why? Is there a meaningful concern? In any case, I do recommend this for adults. Im not sure what to do about the fact that it may not be safe for my 8yo, whom I intended this for.

TLDR Easy to set up and good quality. I didn't realize this was going to come with two cases! Perfect :) Me and my bf have a case and mouth guard to use. I'm petite and the smaller one fits me well and the bigger one fits my boyfriend. Easy to set up - heat water, soak for 20 secs, put in mouth to mold, let completely cool off and trim excess. I like that it comes with two of each size so if you mess up you have a second try (I think you can remold them a few times but I'm more so talking about if you cut off too much). Or just an extra incase it gets worn out. I found it a little easier to first put it in my mouth before the hot water to see if I needed to trim the back. I had a retainer after having braces that I never wore because it wasn't comfortable. I don't really find this comfortable either but plan to use it when I have really stressful days and tend to grind my teeth at night. I'm sure if you wore it everyday you would get use to it.
