Leaves a rash

I love the idea of not having to take a pill daily. These patches are super thin and stay in place without difficulty. I wont know if they actually provide my body with vitamins until I complete labs, I have not had an increase in energy since wearing them. When removing there is a red rash that disappears after a few days, I assume it is a reaction to the adhesive. The rash is not bothersome, just unsightly.

Im still undecided of these actually work. I guess I will find out when I do my lab work next and ask for my vitamin levels. I do like how convenient these are. Its easy just to pull one out and stick it on your body in the morning and forget about it until later in the day. I have to wait until four hours after taking my thyroid medicine though, so it doesnt interact. I do like how many patches come in the package. Its a good deal to get so many vitamins and one for such a small price. Especially if it works. Ill come back to update in a couple of months when I get my labs done.
