Does what is supposed to...

Purchased for my husband for shine control because he was using my IL Makiage. He does not care for the consistency..says it too watery but it does control the shine. If it was a little thicker in consistency he would like it the same. If u can get pass that, for the money it's a great value.

Im an oily girl. While I do like the product because I can mix it with my moisturizer. But it doesnt help much with oil production. I have to powder my face often throughout the day when I use this primer.

The BEST for oily skin!

TLDR: So I have combo skin (OILY on my forehead), and mattefying products havent worked OTHER than this one! I use a drop with my sunscreen, and then another drop with my foundation. I barely have to dabble my face during the day, and its lasted a full 8 hours! Super lightweight and absolutely clear. Pros: - Good gel consistency, so one drop goes a long way! The consistency also helps with dealing with very watery formulas - Lightweight and sheer, no worries about smearing/coloring elsewhere/etc. - Mixes with other liquid products incredibly easily! - Ultimately effective and does exactly what it says it will, without causing any other acne or skin issues (no skin irritation at all, and I have VERY sensitive skin!) Cons: - Depending on how you feel about cosmetics, could seem overpriced. But again, 2 drops go a long way for oily skin, so up to you - Consistency makes the dropper a little weird to use. You have to pinch the top rubber part once or twice while the dropper is fully submerged in order to get product - Scales with weather. Will need about 3 drops in warmer days, 4 in summer (think NYC Manhattan summer heat)

Loooooove this as a primer!

This is a GREAT deal on a primer plus serum. U cant ever go wrong with neutrogena, ever! I mix this with my neutrogena hydro boost moisturizer and BAM! it works like a charm. This is the only second primer Ive ever used, and the both didnt work like I imagined. I thought my pores would be literally invisible, but it does work enough to cover them up nicely and gives a nice look to my face. Kinda brightens it up a bit. I still would like to know what primer actually makes ur pores COMPLETELY invisible (if there is one). But for the price and that this is a 2-in-one, this is pretty great!! Oh and I have oily, sensitive skin (not REALLY sensitive thou!). ZeeBooth, u helped me again, thank u! Lol. If anyone has a primer that REALLY, TRULY covers up your pores, at a decent price, please let me know in a comment of ur own. Hope this helps!!
