Used after surgery

Perfect, I just wish it lasted longer

Everything about this product is perfect. It fits nice. It covers all of my migraine troubled areas but most importantly it is effective! I get instant relief from tension headaches. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it doesnt stay cold as long as I would hope, it never lasts past 45 minutes to and hour. But it definitely gives me enough time to experience immediate relief and allow pain medicine to kick in if I choose to take some. Great product.

Good until it thaws

This works really well for about five minutes and genuinely helps my migraines. But thats just it - 5 minutes is about as long as it stays cold. It thaws super quickly. Just wish it lasted a bit longer.

Chronic migraine patient and RN approved!

I have suffered from Chronic Migraines since I was 12 y/o and am a Registered Nurse. I currently take Ajovy, Topamax, Fioricet, Ubrelvy and Nurtec for migraines. I first bought the 1 pack headband to try it out. I specifically was looking for one that I could heat up because my migraines are from SLE with APS. These you can heat or ice. After a month of using the first one on almost a daily basis, I bought the 2-pack for back-ups. The only con I would like to mention is: if you're going to heat it up in the microwave, BE SURE YOU WRAP IT WELL IN A THIN TOWEL and only use half-power because it is plastic and it can melt. THANKS!
