This set of 3 (small, medium, large) NIVEUS Dental Cheek Retractor Mouth Openers for Teeth Whitening are perfect for what I need. I recently started whitening my own teeth, something that I had never done before. When I read the instructions that I had to smile and keep my mouth open for 30-60 minutes I thought how is that even possible? I tried it and was not successful, so I ordered these. The size medium was definitely too large but the size small, which is what I have on in my picture, is the perfect size. It is comfortable to wear.

This item is a set of 3 cheek retractors for keeping your mouth wide open. The set comes with 3 different sizes, small, medium and large. They are designed to easily fit inside your cheek with the handle facing down allowing for easy removability. These do a nice job at keeping your mouth fully exposed for easier teeth cleaning, whitening gel brushing or dental photos. Overall, these work well, but are slightly uncomfortable due to the plastic being a bit tight on the cheeks. This is not a significant problem, as you will not be wearing it for hours on end, so I only docked them one star. If the inside plastic were a bit more flexible, I'd have easily given these a 5 star as they work exactly as designed.

Three sizes of the dental cheek retractor mouth opener and the small one fits my mouth perfectly. It is easy to use and clean by boiling it in water for a few minutes and it's BPA-free too. This helps to keep the tooth whitener on my teeth and not my gums.

Who knew I would ever need these, but here we are! If you are using aligners through one of those teledental services, you have to send tons of pictures, and these are the only ways to get good ones. They also come in clutch when you are doing teeth whitening and need to make sure you get all the areas. They are easy to use, come in a pack with 3 sizes, and are made of fairly decent plastic. I can not see how you could break one unless you are forcefully trying to break it. They are as comfortable as a gadget like this can be and definitely help you get the job done. Would I Buy This? I'm not sure what the dumbest purchase I've made it, but this is on the list. I use it to check my teeth and when trying to get food out or whatever. But it's totally unecessary. But if you are weird like me, these are simply three size plastic expanders and they function as described. They seem like they would break easily, but what would you expect
