Starts working after one dose

The Citrus Bergamot started working after the first dose. I could feel a difference in my gut soon after that.

I do not have any side effects from taking this supplement. It works for what I need. The capsule is a little large but I dont have any issues swallowing it.

The company is fine, the quality is fine, there is no tastes since you just swallow the pill, and the shipping is ZeeBooth prime fast (within a day or two). With that said, I can not attest to the usefulness of this product. I have been using it for 3 months now and have not noticed any difference in my cholesterol or triglycerides, beyond my changes in diet (not the first time I have been told to cut back of the good stuff). So consult with your doctor before taking any medication, but this, so far has not done anything I can tell. I will update this review in another 3 months once this batch of pills is over. Also, I have not had any ill or side effects from taking these pills.

What it IS and is NOT

Citrus Bergamot (CB) is NOT a Statin, it doesn't hold a candle to it. Statins affect the liver directly,it tells the liver to do something. I used myself as a test subject for 3 months with diet and exercise. Occasionally eating burgers fries etc. (No sugar). My cholesterol was 99 while on the statin. 3 months later, dropping the statin and only doing CB, now I'm at 173. However whats odd, is while my cholesterol went UP, my triglycerides dropped. Nothing dramatic, 3 points 73 to 70, but there's something there. A1C dropped from 9.5 to 6.9. I'll continue the CB. But it's not a substitute for eating poorly.
