Better than metformin

I have been using the combination of berberine and Ceylon Cinnamon for several months now and it's helping me with my blood sugar levels. I am also eating less carbs but this product has been very good for me. I decided to try this after bad experiences with metformin. My doctor says I should keep doing what I'm doing. I didn't tell him that I was switching over to this. I just did it. He's been impressed with my results.

Quality, value for the money, no taste. I havent noticed any weight loss , but my cravings for sweets has greatly diminished.

It does work

I waited 3 months to leave a review, so here goes. For me, this works. I take the recommended dosage with breakfast in the morning and go about my day. What I began to notice after a few weeks was that my snack cravings between meals were gone. This isnt a magic pill and it did take time for me to notice my cravings were gone, but I have lost weight and Im not one to fluctuate on the scale very often. So for me, the biggest advantage in taking this is in how it curbs my appetite. I still eat 3 times a day, but Im not grabbing for those extra calories in between meals.

Not a fan

I have never used this brand before. I thought I would give it a try since it offered more capsules for the same price as the brand I usually use. We have used a different brand in the past and liked it and thought we would give this new brand a try. It didn't seem to curb our appetite the way the other brand does. Not sure why, but it just didn't seem to work the same.

I really love this product! It helps me a lot with my glucose and my weight as well. I didn't experience any side effects. For example I didn't feel sick after taking it. It was easy to swallow and there is no flavor or taste. The quality is awesome as well. There are no harsh ingredients that you cannot understand. I understand it might work for and might not work for others but I am really loving this product.
