Works Great!

This helps me reach into the corners of my home to get cobwebs that gather. In the winter I heat primarily with a pellet stove and it's a constant chore to dust. MehelloFeather duster works great. It makes the dusting a bit fun if that's possible and I actually looked forward to cleaning. How's that for a perk? It did get here rather quickly and was ready to use out of the box. I did have to floof it out a bit and then it was ready to go. The loop makes it easy to hang. The wand is a bit skinny, but easy to grip. Not sure I'd want to hold onto it for hours because I have arthritis in my hands. However, it's not a big enough deal to lose a star. Everyone should have at least one feather duster for quick swipes!

Just okay

I ordered this feather duster to clean our faux wood blinds. It works pretty well to dust the blinds, and definitely made it easier than wiping them down with a cloth. However, it is a lot smaller than I expected and the handle feels really cheap. I'll keep using this but it doesn't feel like it is going to last a very long time. With that said, I would give this feather duster 3 1/2 stars, which takes into account the fact that it is only $7.99 at the time I am writing this review. Overall the value is what I was expecting given the price point.

Effective

This is a good, old-fashioned feather duster like you see a uniformed maid using in old movies! It is really quite effective! I have a lot of knickknacks around my house, and dusting in so many little nooks and crannies can be problematic. The 360-degree dusters are good, but they can't beat a feather for slipping into a very small area. I have a children's china tea set that is 88 years old, and parts of the feather duster get into all the little handles. I'm pleased with this feather duster and its results. My cat is also mesmerized by it and wants to chase it! He thinks it is his new bird toy!

I was excited to use this duster once it arrived. Yes, cleaning excites me; well not normally, but when you have a pretty feather duster, cleaning must happen. The duster itself worked great. Dust was grabbed, and when I shook it out by the front door, the dust flew off. Excellent, and so much more fun that wiping things down with a rag. Then I left the room, with the duster on a table waiting for the next use. I later returned to feathers everywhere and very happy cats rolled onto their sides, exhausted from playing with their new toy. Apparently the cats were pleased that I bought them such a great item to play with, and they are happily sleeping off the play time. I now no longer have a great feather duster, but the cats are happy, so if you do purchase this as a cleaning item, and you have cats, don't let the cats near it. Otherwise you will have very happy cats, and feathers everywhere.
