This retractable leash works really well and the leash glides easily in and out of the holder.

I've replaced my old leash that had a rounded cord that would keep getting stuck when trying to retract it. This new type with more of a flat ribbon is so much better and does not get stuck or tangled. I have a small dog who does not like to be on a leash but does not mind this one at all. It's much lighter weight and much easier to maneuver so that when the dog makes turns or circles trying to find that perfect spot the leash does not interfere or hit him in the head! Nice product and definitely offered at a good price.

I was using this leash this morning on my usual walk at the park. My pup loves to run around and explore, but he does not stray too far. I love how this leash is retractable and lets him roam around safely. I'll walk a few feet away, and he'll sniff, explore, do his thing, and come back to me. Very nice retractable for small to medium dogs

This is a real nice retractable leashits attractive in the khaki color, and its also well put together. The tape-like cord rolls in and out very smoothly, and the handle feels good in my hand, as it has a rubberized surface where you grasp it. And for some reason (I have a couple of different leashes) my dog just really Iikes it. The holding/locking mechanism is a bit different than other leashes Ive used, but its easy to work. The hook may be a little lightweight, but its fine for my dog, who weighs about 30 pounds. Shes also not a wild or aggressive dog so this leash works well for her. I have a relatively smaller hand (for a guy), so this fits me well, but if you have very large hands, this may be a little small/tight for you to hold on to. The leash weighs a little more than seven ounces so its easy to handle. The test with leashes is how long they last and how resilient they are when dropped. I havent had this long enough to answer those questions but it seems as sturdy as most leashes Ive owned. And I do, again, really like color. This is a good leash for smaller/medium dogs and a good deal for the price, imo.
