I had my doubts, but it works like magic

I took this from the package and immediately ran it over the sofa front and edges (which had been vacuumed a day prior), and was quite surprised at how much dog hair it picked up. It's very easy to use. My comparison is against the wood handled brass type tool that I've used for years. It's a major difference. The brass tool pulls and catches on fabric too easily. This new tool just smoothly runs right over every surface I tried it on. No more ruined sweaters! I only deducted a star because I struggled to figure out how to open it and clean it out. The tool works well, and the cavity under the fabric cleaner fills quickly. I messed with it for too long before realizing how it works, which made me feel silly because it should have been obvious and is quite simple. I am happy I got this, and will order more so everyone in the house can have one of their own. Great product.

I had already purchased the Chom Chom Roller when it was recommended by the New York Times Wirecutter staff. But thought I'd try this one out as a backup. Turns out, this is actually a better pet hair lint roller than the one recommended by the NYT. The roller works just as well as the Chom Chom model, but the grip on this one is far more comfortable than the grip on the Chom Chom. In the image, the Chom Chom roller is the red one on the top left. This roller is the blue one on the bottom right. So you can see why that grip would be far more comfortable. And that comfort actually makes this easier to use because this thing doesn't technically roll. You have to slide it over the surface like you would a lint brush, which requires a little more force than a roller - hence the need for the comfortable grip. But the difference with this is the center part that rotates a half turn so you can slide it in both directions and still pick up the hair and lint. You can't do this with a regular lint brush. With that, you have to turn it in the other direct. This lint roller is multi-directional.

I have two dogs a long haired Aussie shepherd, and a Shorthaired Pointer. One leaves giant fur balls everywhere, and one leaves tiny little hairs that embed in everything he brushes against. Our furniture is constantly covered in their fur. We have tried everything to clean them. Vacuum attachments, specialty brushes for cleaning, specific handheld vacuums designed exclusively for dog fur nothing works great. Until this blessing from the gods. The one simple little device gets almost all the fur out of the furniture in a single swipe, and a second swipe fixes the rest. Usually it takes five to ten swipes to get some of the fur off. This device is amazing! It is so easy to use, and it works so fast! This is easily the best investment for anyone with pets! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! GET THIS AND SAVE YOURSELF ALL THE CLEANING TROUBLES!!!

I wasn't in love with this. Maybe I was using it wrong but I honestly couldn't get it to pick up very much. I tried it on my bed where my dog sleeps and it wasn't picking up very much, even with the back and forth motion.
