For me, the acid test is if it can remove dog hair from car floor mats. The first picture shows the mat as removed. You notice the flecks of dirt as well as hair. The second picture is after several passes 90 degrees apart. The fabric is combed and the dirt is gone, as well as much of the dog hair. But not all of it. Continued brushing did not improve the results.

have tried to remove dog hair from car- helps, but not perfect as some of the dog hair is deep seated.it does look better than when i used it. Great for couch and clothes!

I have 4 cats. No need to say, I struggle with keeping the house cat hair free I have a Roomba and vacuum frequently, so floors and carpets are usually pretty clean. The problem in the fabric on chairs, beds, cat trees these are hard to clean, even with hand held vacuum cleaners. This tool really helps, especially with the velvety fabrics they use on cat trees. One sweep and its clear. Its almost like magic! For the rougher fabrics, linen-like, it is not as effective, but it also works very well, definitely better than those sticky rollers. I find that using the rubber strap followed by the brush works pretty well with the rougher fabrics. I also like that it comes with little bristle brush to clean it hidden on the back. Very convenient! Im very happy with this tool and would recommend it to anybody with pets.

This pet hair removal tool is a good idea but fails in execution. It does a good job of removing hair from upholstery, but it takes longer to remove the hair from the tool than from the fabric. The brush inside the tool's head is meant to remove the hair from the tool, but it's too soft to be effective. Additionally, the handle is hard to insert into the head and does not fit well. In my opinion, this tool is overpriced for the overall quality.
