I ordered this Portable Metal Weekly Pill Organizer - Waterproof Pill Box, Small Compact Travel Week Aluminum Alloy pill box for my husband to use on getaway weekends this summer. My husband takes a few daily medications, he sometimes forgets to grab his meds when we go away for country weekends in the summer. This pillbox looked like a great idea, large enough to hold his daily meds for a week, but still small enough to tuck into a weekend bag. Be aware, if you need to take a larger number of daily meds, this may not be the pill box for you. This doesnt have enough room for my daily meds. But my husband takes less, and its ideal for him. This wont hold large pills, like fish oil capsules. (I dont know why the sales page says fish oil in the title.) It wont hold those huge horse pill capsules. But it will hold about 10 capsules or about a dozen smaller pills. Can I just say how much I love the sales photo that reassures us that this will hold sixteen blue M&Ms? This almost made me want to buy this as a daily M&M holder. A clever device for portion control? My husband likes the black aluminum design, its nicely masculine. Hes not so fond of the brightly colored plastic pillboxes. You can connect as many days as you want, just the weekend, or a whole week. Each day is clearly marked on the front of one black aluminum pillbox, they all screw together. All seven boxes are about 6 tall and 1 wide. Be aware, these are not childproofed. If there are children in your house, keep medicine in the appropriate childproof containers and out of the reach of children. We have an older teen, this pillbox fits my husbands needs nicely. Convenient, easy to use, easy to pack.

I received this SOBAHIDO Portable Metal Pill Medicine Organizer in July 2024. The item I received matched the ZeeBooth product page description and pictures. Included were 7 spare O-rings which is a nice touch. I didn't notice any manufacturing defects in the organizer I received. Each compartment screwed together smoothly. The organizer is built very well and I think it can easily handle any fall. I like how you can easily customize the organizer by removing as many compartments as you want to reduce its size. The textured exterior of each compartment allows you to more easily get a good grip so you can twist them open or closed. As you fully close each compartment, that action compresses the silicon O-ring which creates a very water resistant seal. However this has the side effect of making the compartment a little resistant to opening due to the friction caused by the compressed O-ring. Someone with extremely weak hand strength may find it difficult to untwist/open a fully closed compartment. This may lead the person to never fully close a compartment in order to allow them to more easily open it again which would affect the water resistance feature the O-rings provide. Overall I think this is a good strong design for a pill organizer and is worth considering.

This unique pill organizer is compact and made of metal and it screws tight securely it's not going to pop open and lose your pills. I was tired of those plastic ones that wear out and when one of the snaps on the container breaks the entire holder is practically useless. All days of the week are marked and you access the pills simply by unscrewing the organizer at the day mark all your pills are in that cup. It screws together and unscrews very easily and holds everything securely even waterproof. It's not easy to say just how big the cups are but I would say that it is about 5 1/2" tall and about 1 inch wide when assembled, it's round and has a strap that can be attached at the top if you wish. I would say that, each day will hold six or so aspirin-sized pills if that helps any.

The SOBAHIDO portable metal weekly pill organizer is a slender, compact metal/aluminum tube with a compartment for each day of the week. The tube feels heavy and solid ( compared to similar pill caddies made from plastic). Each compartment and lid has distinct threads at the top and bottom to be used to screw the pieces together. There is also a thin rubber gasket between each connection, to help create a good seal. (Extra replacement gaskets are also included, but were hiding in the box). The base of each compartment is textured so that it can be grasped without slipping when twisting the compartments together. I received the Small size (I missed that this also comes in Medium and Large sizes), and the compartments are small, each only holds about 4 capsule type pills or 4 oblong vitamin pills, good for minimal medication needs. I liked the construction and how sturdy the container felt. The first thing I did was to twist and unscrew each compartment and then screw them back together to see how well the pieces fit together. It was a bad idea to do that before taking a photo of the product, because I have not been able to get the names of the days of the week on the compartments to line up, the way it was received. I tried to figure out how to do this for at least 20 minutes before giving up. I don't think it really matters that the names of the days of the week are not aligned, but some people might get annoyed with this if they have nothing better to do!!!
