It ran out early. Could not get the right amount out with the syringe, so I might have taken too much. I was taking 2 syringes about half way full. Thats the amount I could suck up the syringe. I thought 2 half full equals 1syringe. I really dont think there is 30 days worth in the bottle. It does taste great. I would buy again if it was actually 1 month supply
