So far so good

I am only taking 2 capsules out of the recommened dosage. This is because with my diet, I do not need to take more. I don't experience any adverse effects, but I can't really tell if this is helping me healthwise or not. I started taking these as I was dieting and worrying about not getting enough nutrients. Something else to consider is there is some discussion about if the calcium in this product will lessen the absorbtion rate of the iron in this product. I am not an expert on the subject but it makes me wonder if I am getting the full effects.

Helped with hot flashes

I don't know why but when I take these consistently, my hot flashes are less frequent and less miserable. But I have to eat a little something with them or they do make me nauseous.

I use 2 at night, not 4.

I wish companies wouldn't say 'detox', because that just seems like such a scam to me. But ... there is so much more value here than a 'detox' tag. You body needs Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium for normal cellular functions. And you need to be careful to keep the balance, and in the summer you do need to make sure to replenish them in your body. I do only take 2 to give me the trace minerals, as I so supplement Vitamin D, Magnesium (but different forms), and Potassium separately - so please double check your other supplements and take caution of your overall intake. More doesn't necessarily mean better. These are easy to swallow and flavorless, which is perfect!
