I love these mouth guards. I clench and grind my teeth in my sleep, but these are durable and comfortable.

Very easy to form to teeth. Just followed included directions. Seems to adequately protect my crown from jaw clenching. Probably a little thicker than the $400 one my dentist recommended, but for the price, it does the job. No complaints.

My teeth cant live without this night guard. I grind my teeth bad at night. This is a teeth saver for sure. Easy to use and fits well. I had professional guards made by my dentist and I hate those, they hurt my mouth. This guard is several hundred dollars more affordable and fits perfect

Pros of this is it was the easiest one Ive ever molded. I especially struggle because I have a missing molar and I prefer to wear it on my lowers. But this molded great around everything. It was stiff and uncomfortable initially so I filed it down and cut it down with some scissors and a nail file and now it fits perfect. If you want a perfect fit you have to get it at the dentist. As far as at home goes, good value.

It seems like good material and I like the case it comes with but its extremely difficult to trim down and I have a very sensitive gag reflex so its really difficult to get the right fit. I also notice I am still applying pressure and clinching my jaw laying down this may provide a thin layer of absorption from the pressure but doesn't really seem like its working out for me. Sucks because i was really optimistic by other reviews and dont want to pay $800 at the dentist for something like this.
