Pure Sunflower Lecithin Powder...

I'm reviewing Puagri, Pure Sunflower Lecithin Powder 12 oz. This is a really nice quality lecithin, much better than what I've been getting from my local bulk food store. The granules are super fine and not clumped together. Because of the oily nature of lecithin, if you press on it, it will clump together, but this was in a powder-like form. The other lecithin I've been using comes in large granules all stuck together. It was so much easier to measure and work with the sunflower lecithin, and I can only imagine it dissolved into the batter much better as well. I grind wheat to make 100% whole wheat bread in my Zojirushi Breadmaker. I use a homemade dough enhancer that includes lecithin. It helps the bread to knead and rise properly. This sunflower lecithin worked as expected (see photo), and I didn't need to break up the lecithin clumps before adding it. To me lecithin in general doesn't have an appealing scent, and found this to be true of this product as well; however, when used in bread making, I don't find that I use enough for it to affect the flavor. As a side note, this Puagri, Pure Sunflower Lecithin Powder is made in the USA per the ZeeBooth description. The package shows the company Puagri, Co is located in Westmont, IL, but not where it's manufactured.

Love this product! Tried in my protein shake this morning and it gave subtle taste of sunflowers, witch i love! Also so many good benefits from it and product is great quality, highly recommending!!!

This tastes like other sunflower lecithin I've purchase in the past so I believe it is the real deal. It incorporates well enough in a smoothie for extra fat content. Lecithin makes up cell membranes so it is touted as a health food.

This pure sunflower lecithin powder by Puagri checks all the boxes. It's specified that the powder is made from non-GMO sunflower seeds and the product contains no fillers or additives. I've been able to use this to better homogenize ingredients in tinctures with great success. A little goes a long way, so I suspect this package will last years, or at least right up until the expiration date. Excellent product!

This sunflower lecithin powder is much better than using the capsules. This power is very finely ground and can easily dissolve in water or coffee or milk. It also does not contain anu additives or flavorings. The power form is also significantly inexpensive than capsules. Most capsules are not vegan and the ones that are vegan are pricey. With the powder, it is also easy to increase or decrease the amounts. The name has Sunflower in it, but it really doesn't smell like a flower. I also use this to make many keto recipes as this is very low in net carbs. Its quality is good. The ingredients are clean and pure. What else do we need?
