Previously I tried these from my DIL who gave me about a week's worth to try. The ones she gave me were soft and very tasty. I loved those. The ones I ordered here at ZeeBooth are way too firm. They taste good but they are not soft like my previous ones. The expiration date is good so I don't know why these are too firm to chew. I had to swallow them whole.

These gummies are very good tasting. Im hoping they will do their job.

Quercetin is an important supplement, and research shows that it has many health benefits. It has been shown to support the cardiovascular system by lowering blood pressure and cholesterol and relaxing blood vessels. Quercetin is a natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory plant pigment that boosts the immune system. These gummies have a tasty mixed berry flavor which comes from the natural mixed berry juice. They contain no sugar or artificial sweetener, no artificial flavor or color and no artificial preservative. Its all good stuff!

I consume gummies as nutrients delivered through a gummy format are more absorbable and more bioavailable than the traditional tablet or capsule, in addition to be a more pleasant way to consume. The downside is that gummies may have lower quantities than capsules or tablets, which is not the case of Varzatisis Quercetin gummies. Varzatisis Quercetin gummies have the following upsides: (i) they have per serving of two gummies 1.2 gram of Quercetin, which is known to promote heart health and has anti-histamine properties, (ii) they add important ingredients that boost the immune system in very reasonable quantities, such as Elderberry (1 gram), Echinacea and Bromelain (300 mg each), and Vitamins C (200mg), D (30mcg) and Zinc (25mg), (iii) the berry taste is delicious, and, (iv) they have no added sugar. I consume Varzatisis Quercetin gummies and highly recommend them.

I may be weird but the first thing I like to do when I receive a supplement is smell it and then taste it. First the smell! The smell is okay, it is neither pleasant nor unpleasant. It's a very mild smell and honestly almost like the smell of new wood, but with a sweet hint to it. Next, the taste. I'd say very good! They taste sweet but not overly sweet like many gummy supplements. They taste like berries. Good. These gummies are small in size and quite cute actually with little bear shapes. I suppose it is like that because these gummies are not only for adults but for children. Now I cannot find any information about serving size other than take 2 gummies. I would think there should be a difference in the amount taken between an adult and a child. Also, there is no information on how young a child can be to take these. I did get these for myself, mainly for the ingredient Quercetin. My doctor has recommended me to take Quercetin and I have been taking it in capsule form. I have to take 2 larger-sized capsules which give me 1000 mg of Quercetin while eating 2 of these gummies gives me 1200 mg of Quercetin. So I'm very happy about that because typically a capsule will contain more, but not in this case. Outside of Quercetin, this gummy supplement has many great things going for it. Elderberry Extract, Vitamins C & D, and Zinc. The price point is a bit high in my opinion. And if I could make any suggestions it would be to change up the labeling as it is a bit generic looking and add instructions/dosage/age for children. The expiration date is extremely hard to see and is printed in black on the bottom of the bottle. It is for almost 2 years out from the date I'm writing this review so that is good.
