Rechargeable AA Batteries, 8-Pack Double A Battery 2800mAh, Pre-Charge NiMH Low Self Discharge Recharge up to 1200 Cycles...

I use NIMH rechargeable batteries for a shaver, trimmer and a number of other high draw, short use devices. My previous set lasted for many years, and gradually lost capacity. These came partially charged and I topped them up before using. I was surprised that they only reached 1.38v - my old ones were still a bit higher - but they seem to work well. As others have said, they dont come with a charger, but my ancient 1 hour charger worked fine with the new batteries. I like the 2 included 4 battery cases - a nice plus and surprisingly handy. These batteries are slightly larger in diameter than my old ones, and also standard alkalines. Theyve fit in all my devices, but you can tell that they are a tighter fit. I havent used these enough to truly assess capacity or longevity, so 4 stars for now. They have noticeably more oomph" than my old ones. So far so good...

This might be some of the best high capacity batteries I've found. Granted, I have only owned them a couple weeks but right out the gate, I can see the longevity of this high capacity (2800 mAh). For reference, most of the batteries you buy at stores are around 1500 maH; cheaper ones at the dollar store about 800-1000 mah, and the higher end batteries around 2500 mAh. So finding a 2800 mAh in this quantity was quite a steal. The best places to test these are on game controllers and there are no complaints in this house with how long these last before needing to charge. I appreciate that they come in a sized plastic case, which means you can prevent opposite battery ends from touching and therefore draining your battery charge. It does not come with a charger (which is clear by seller), so keep that in mind if you need a charger. Batteries worked great. I really like that these came with a little 4pk travel case. Makes it easy to toss in a go bag and have batteries not just be loose rolling around in my bag. The batteries worked great in all applications I used them in. I ran them through a capacity test right out of the box and they showed that they would charge up to about 2,300mAh which is a bit lower than the stated 2800mAh, but it's possible they just need to be cycled through a few times to reach maximum capacity.

These charge fast and last as long as any other AA battery. I cant say how many charges theyre good for, but I have no complaints!

These AA rechargeable batteries work well in most items but not all. I tried to put them into a flashlight and they got stuck. I finally got them out and checked and found they are just slightly larger than other AA batteries. I compared them to disposable and rechargeable batteries from other brands and in all cases, they are a tiny bit bigger. Not a big deal in most items, but they won't work in some things. The plastic around the battery also broke (due to the force I had to use to remove them) so that one was not reusable. The other three worked in another item that had a larger battery compartment with no issues.
