We have a small newly installed screened in porch I noticed some difference in the color of the screen after it rains. I do see a difference after using the brush

Liked that it was small but didn't perform as well as could be.

I really like this brush for cleaning screens. Its soft but scrubby texture works well to gently clean screens without damaging them. It whisked away debris and dust (I could see so much dust flying through the air) and it is the perfect texture to grab and remove spider webs. The brush head has a squeegee along one edge so you can also use the brush to to clean window glass and then squeegee it off. It does work well on glass, but I think for glass I still prefer my lambswool (really it's fluffy microfiber) window cleaning tool, though it's a close call. I like the Eco-Gals brand, I have used their laundry detergent sheets and they are great. Really my only complaint is that the handle extends to help you reach taller windows, but I couldn't get the pole to stay extended. I tired every way I could think of to get it to tighten but nothing worked. Maybe I was doing something wrong? There weren't any instructions for tighening the pole once it was extended. I tried twisting the pole, twisting the white piece, everything I could think of but the pole would not stay extended. The brush still works great, just with its normal length of handle. Since I mainly use this brush on screens it's no big deal, because to clean both side of my screens, I need to take them down from the window anyway. The screen repair patch is a nice bonus but I haven't tried it yet. The listing photo shows six patches but I only received one. Since they just stick on with adhesive it doesn't seem like they'd stay in place very long, so I'm not all that disappointed about only getting one rather than six. Ovearll this is a great brush for cleaning window screens. I haven't seen one like this before but I'm glad to now have one. It's just as effective as a stiff scrub brush but much gentler on the screens and less likely to damage them.

I wasnt expecting the included bonus screen repair patches so that was a pleasant surprise. The telescoping handle gives me plenty of reach for those hard to get to windows. I live behind a vacant lot so dust storms are a constant and my windows/screens show it. The squeegee end is also very helpful. Great product.

When I ordered this, I thought it was just for screen cleaning, but it does more. On the box I was surprised to see that you can use it to remove hair, and clean windows, walls, and mirrors. As for screen cleaning, I think the angle makes a big difference. I was most successful cleaning a screen that was below me, less so with a screen at eye level and above. I have cats that love to lean against the screens, so they get hairy. All the hair came off my lower screen using the tool, along with cobwebs and dirt. The screen at eye level and above got kind of clean, but the hair remained, and the head of the cleaner kept unscrewing and falling off. I used the tool to swipe cat hair off a low pile area rug, and it seemed to work well. I also used it to clean a few walls where the cats wiped their paws after using the litter box, it cleaned everything well, but again the head kept falling off. It is easily rescrewed back on though. In the box, there is the tool, four screen repair patches, and the box said it also had a hook to hang the tool, there was no hook in my box though (thats fine though, cause I dont need another hook). Overall, I would recommend this tool, just taking off a star for how easily the head unscrews off.
