super small and easy to take tablets seems beneficial I also like the pop top bottle which makes getting the pill out everyday easier.

Easy to Swallow

These Selenium pills are so small and easy to swallow. They have no weird aftertaste or flavor, and you get a total of 60 pills enough for two months of use. I think these are the best Selenium supplements I've ever tried. They give me the antioxidants I need I don't get much of them since I don't eat fish often. I will purchase it again.

Took away my mushroom cravings.
