Pros: very good support, easy to use, good amount of stretch and fairly comfortable. Good for pregnancy, postpartum (help your tummy shrink back), or general support. Cons: description says breathable cotton but I dont believe it. Nothing about this belt feels like cotton. It feels like wetsuit material, rubbery, thick (about 5mm or 3/16) with some polyester, spandex, and Velcro. It has holes punched into the rubbery portion which I suppose makes it breathable? And once you wrap it around your waist, the thickness of the belt will double to measure 1cm or 3/8 under your belly. If the weather is cool, its fine, but I cant imagine wearing in the hottest summer.

I bought this belt because I have sacroiliitis in my left SI joint. It is most painful when I take long walks, which I love to do. My doctor recommends that I not wear an SI belt but I find that if I wear a belt for my longer walks, it provides much pain relief while I am walking. I am probably not helping my overall health with the belt but immediate pain relief is a tradeoff I am going to make here. This belt is good quality and has strong velcro connections. The belt is not overly thick and rides nicely under most of my walking clothes. I like the 2-step tightening method this belt uses. When I start off on a walk, I put the belt on loosely around my waist using only the main belt ends velcro connection, under my outer shirt. When the pain hits, I slide the belt down to cover the sacroiliac joint and tighten up the main belt connection. As I continue to walk and the pain increases, I kick the belt into overdrive using the side tightening straps and pull the belt up super-tight for maximum pain reduction. Right or wrong, this is my way of reducing the SI pain so that I can take longer walks. This belt seems to be quality with good velcro connections and strong elasticity. I give this 5-stars because it does the job for me . I hope that the velcro and the elastic hold up for a long time.

I'm an ultramarathoner with a connective tissue disorder so I'm prone to loose joints and corresponding injuries. This is my second belt with this intended purpose, and this one is hotter than the other one (thicker fabric) but also feels more supportive, so for me, the tradeoff is worth it. I really like the two-stage tightening, which makes it slightly more complicated to adjust for bathroom breaks (I end up taking the whole thing off which isn't very efficient) but also makes it easy to perfectly adjust to the exact level of tightness you need. And it stays in place! For me, I place it so it hits my glute med muscles and TFLs, which tend to be very cranky, and I feel instant relief and ongoing support.

CERBONNY SI Belt for Women & Men, Sacroiliac Belt for Alleviates Sciatic is nicely constructed. It has a non-slip interior that goes against your clothes. The velcro closure is secure feeling, and the neoprene(ish) belt feels nice while wearing. The auxiliary straps are stretchy elastic and velcro that allow customized tightness as you progress through the healing process.

Fits comfortably and the velcro is strong and stays put, I wear it under my clothes for a better snug fit. I know you aren't supposed to wear this for long periods of time, but I wear it all day at work and it provides the comfort and relief I need. At the end of the day, I feel better than I do on the days I don't wear it. If I wore this on the outside of my clothes, it wasn't snug enough and would shift whenever I would bend over. The belt would end up resting on the waistband of my pants which was too high for where I needed it. It's good quality and I recommend it!
