Im in love. They are pretty, thin and comfortable. I over melted mine so theyd be really mailable. They are super comfy. I have ADHD and thought I wouldnt be able to sleep in these but I dont even notice them. Im going to buy more colors.

It's okay. I think it's a bit bulky around the gum line which makes it a bit uncomfortable and bothersome. It does like, suction cup around your teeth. I don't know if it's this specific product or if it's just a thing that happens when you wear stuff around your teeth like that, but my gums are always a bit swelled up when removed in the morning. Not painful, but annoying. So the instructions say to microwave with a wet paper towel inside it and I followed it to a T with great results. It wasn't super hot during the molding process and the paper towel really does make sure the sides don't cave in. I had to cut the ends down because it was really bothering the back of my teeth and mouth. Which was pretty easy to do. I didn't have to warm it to cut it. All in all, not a terrible choice by any means. Definitely cheaper than dentist ones (my dentist priced me at $400!) Its definitely worth it to keep my teeth from getting more damage. I waited too long before I got a grind guard and now I'm starting to get tooth sensitivity because the inner nerve is almost exposed. It's really a preference thing when it comes to these kinds of products. It's definitely not a bad one and you may find you really like this one compared to others.

I use mouth guards on a regular basis because I clench my teeth. This has caused damage and that is why I now use mouth guards. I wanted to try this brand since it had good reviews ( and was pink) but here in lies the rub with this product. If you already have damage such as broke/cracked teeth or crowns this could make things worse for you. The material is harder than you average mouth guard. It was easy to fit with the instructions and was comfortable to wear while sleeping but in the morning I couldnt easily remove it. It had become so tight during the night that it wouldnt come off. Not a big deal if all your teeth are natural but for those of us with crowns and some cracks from clenching this was a HUGE issue. It was so hard to remove it actually moved a crown slightly and I was fearful it would cause cracked teeth to completely break. In the end this mouth guard will cost me money at the dentist, not save me from having to go to the dentist.

The product gives you two. I molded both to my teeth easily, but the length makes it uncomfortable in the back of my mouth. So, I tried to cut one of them. (This was a bit of a mess). It fits much better, but it didnt sit right, so I had to remold it. I ended up biting down on the edges, and now its barely stays in. I understand that this is a user error. The second one is doing much better. Just wish I didnt ruin the first one. Unfortunately, I found out that I sometimes sleep with my mouth parted because of this product, and droll gets everywhere. Its a little thick for my liking, but I dont think the company can go any thinner without me grinding and ruining it. My partner says it helps with my grinding, but it disrupts my sleep due to droll being cold and wet (resulting in me waking up) or the thickness of this bulky product in my mouth. Overall, it is pretty good quality. It does what it is supposed to do. Its just not for me. I also wish there was something to help me clean them because they smelled, and even brushing them didnt work.
