Each individual compartment is large enough for even my largest pills. I love being able to choose how many compartments I need, whether for one meal out or a long weekend out of town. I sort my pills into a larger box with compartments for each day for two weeks ahead, then can transfer into this smaller container however many I need and don't have to carry the larger box. I've never had them come apart in my purse, which several other pill containers have done; they stay screwed together even when jostled around, and the metal is sturdy and doesn't dent easily.

If using all 7 compartments, this can be pretty large. But you only need to use as many as you want - you just screw off the extras. So far its proven durable and still looks great.

I needed a daily pill box solution that would stay closed, keep meds dry, and still be easy to open. This product does the trick. The threads are easy to start, so cross-threading is not an issue, and there is a silicon gasket between each ring to keep out water/moisture. My son and I are in scouting, and keeping your meds safe, secure, and dry on the trail can be challenging. This product works well and does not add much weight to our gear. Folks with manual dexterity issues could use this pill storage with no problems. Each segment could hold 8 to 10 average-sized pills with room to spare.

My cat gets meds twice a day--powders that must be mixed with liquids. I bought 2 of these and labeled one for the morning and one for the evening, since his meds are different for those times. These have saved me a lot of time because I can easily make them up at once, then daily, add the stored powders to the fresh liquids. Great quality and beautiful, too! I could not do the same thing with the "regular" type of pill organizers, attached compartments with the snap lids. These are individual units that screw together and have gaskets between each segment so one could even store liquids in them. LOVE these.

Was pleasantly surprised at the capacity. Had room for the 7-10 pills I take daily. Needed waterproof and secure storage for traveling. These will do nicely. The rainbow colored ones aren't labeled. Not a big deal but I didn't notice that when I ordered them. Definitely better than I expected.
