I ordered this water hose and tried it out, water bust out the seams didnt even have enough water to make it to the sprinkler. Returning

I got this for my garden, and so far it's worked pretty well. I leave it laid out around my main tomato plants all the time, so whenever I want to water them, I just turn it on for a bit and after about 30 minutes or so, my entire garden is watered. I find that when I use a soaker hose, the dirt seems to soak up the water a lot better since it's such a slow trickle vs when I use the regular hose, and my plants grow bigger and healthier!

I have this attached to a timer and doubled back down the vegetable garden bed. This keeps the bed watered at the best time of the day to reduce evaporation and allow the water to soak in before the heat starts. The hose is durable and certainly long enough. The fittings are well made and do not leak, which is a bit of an oxymoron, as the whole hose is one big leak.... as it is meant to be. :-)

Some of the original types of soaker hoses can burst so quickly. Its nice to see that manufacturers are branching out and trying different materials. This polyester fabric doesnt seem as vulnerable. So far, while using a garden timer, this soaker hose has held up well. I havent experienced any bursts that have altered the watering sequence. I also like the longer length for more thorough plant coverage. Its doing a great job with a slow soaking of the ground.

I really like this polyester sleeved PVC soaker hose vs the old style rubber soaker hose. First of all they are very limp when not under pressure which makes it very easy to run the hose in and around your plants. Once the water is turned on, the hose stiffens up and will move a little bit unless held in place. Any kind of wire or plastic stakes would be useful for anchor points (not included). Another advantage of this hose design over the old rubber style is a more even dispersion of the water along the entire length. An even flow of water irrigation ensures a thorough watering of the area. As for durability, it appears to be well made and should last. The only exception I would say is that the hose end fittings are plastic and would probably crack if they got run over.
