Good tasting sauce. Reminds me of sauce on some restaurant sandwiches identifying as cajun. This was more between a mild to medium heat sauce and had enjoyable light sweet heat.

I'm not really a fan or spicy,but I decided to give this a try. It was surprisingly on the mild side,and I was able to eat it. To me it had a slightly smokey flavor. You could definitely taste hints of lime. It would be absolutely delicious on tacos I feel like. I tried it in spaghetti and it was so yummy. I also tried some on a turkey sandwich and it was good. Very versatile sauce.

With the first ingredient listed as habanero and serrano peppers, I knew I had to cut this with something just so I wouldnt burn myself. Im glad I did, this hot sauce packs quite a punch. Overall the flavor is good, I would buy this again. The taste seems perfect for tacos.

The splash of lime juice really brings out the fresh & robust pepper and garlic flavors. Taking off the cap and giving the sauce a sniff, I can certainly smell the habaneros and some of the vinegar. But in there as well is the distinct smell of garlic. The sauce has the consistency of an apple sauce. Giving the sauce a taste, I get exactly what I hoped for: bright, acidic flavor without the real vinegar sour/bitter sting. I get the flavor of the peppers along with a bit of the lime in that acidic hit. I also definitely get the garlic, especially a little later on in the bites. This is definitely a high-flavor sauce. As for heat, the company says that it is a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10 and I would agree. It provides sufficient heat without me needing any milk or to go blow my nose (sorry, not a pretty picture, but just wanted to portray a proper picture). Its maybe a half-step higher than your average off-the-shelf sauce. But unless those test your limits, this one should be tolerable for you. So overall, I gotta say, it was a good first date and I will definitely be asking for another :)

Let me preface this by saying, I like spicy; and when I say spicy, I'm talking ghosts, scorpions, reapers, etc. As such, any time I'm offered a new hotsauce, I always have to give it a go. So with that in mind, lets see how this one fares. First impressions were slightly mixed, because there's no inner seal under the cap. That said, the outside is sealed, so this isn't a big deal, but still worth mentioning. The label is a relatively understated laid back design, which I am perfectly fine with, especially when you consider some of the outrageous designs other companies put out. Consistency of the sauce is on the thinner side, which is fine as well. Overall the look of the product as a whole is great. Of course, this is a hot sauce, we don't generally buy these to look at it, we buy them to consume, so lets get to the point: how is it? I will say, it has a solid bit of heat to it, this is not a sauce for people who find jalapenos spicy. Unlike a lot of sauces that put like one habanero into a 50 gallon drum and claim to be a habanero sauce, you can without a doubt tell that the primary ingredient is habanero peppers. It isn't the hottest sauce I've ever had, but it is every bit of heat that I expect from a habanero pepper. For me, I'd put the heat around the 7.5 out of 10 range, which is a very good result for this pepper. Of course, there are two sides of every coin, the other is taste. Flavor wise here reminds me of a Tabasco sauce with garlic, and slight lime undertones. It's a very well thought out flavor that goes good on pretty much anything you'd want to use Tabasco sauce. I am happy to recommend this sauce to anyone who likes hot sauces.
