It doesn't stay together very well

So glad I bought one of these, working afternoons I get a lot of bugs on my car- a little dish soap and warm water within minutes they come off! No longer worry about cleanliness or rocks from the gas stations!

I just spent two hours with this tool cleaning my exterior windows. I'll start with the positives on this window cleaning tool. To my delight, the tool, when fully extended reaches my second story windows with no problem at all. The two section telescoping wand is great, and it does not come apart when you fully extend it as other telescoping wands tend to do. It arrives as the wand and the two accessories: the rubber squeegee and the mop head. The only thing you have to do is pop the squeegee into the plastic frame and put the mop head on. It holds with two pieces of Velcro. Now the flaws. If you look carefully at my photos, you see that the mop/squeegee will lock into either a left angle position or a right angle position. What it WONT do, which drove me absolutely crazy as I was trying to clean the windows, is lock into a center (up and down) position. Why not??? This makes no sense. Interestingly, you can see in the ad photos that the manufacturer shows the mop in a center up/down position. Here's the second negative. As the mop gets soaked in water and gets heavier and heavier from the water it soaks up, it falls off of the frame as you are trying to clean the windows. The two pieces of Velcro are not strong enough to hold the mop on the frame once its heavy and soaking wet. After an hour of window cleaning (and much cursing) and constantly putting the mop head back on and trying to squeegee from an angle rather than straight up and down, I'd had enough! I can probably prevent the mop head from falling off if I safety pin it in several places -- However, that runs the risk of the metal safety pins scratching the windows. Manufacturer, fix these problems and you'll have a great product.

I got this for our Honda Ridgeline. The things they have at the gas station are too Short, Dirty, & Wore out. So I bring this and a spray bottle of 'Bug de-juicer cleaner' to clean the windshields. I also needed to reach the top/bottom center as the Honda Ridgeline is tall & wide. Works at home on those tall windows too. I did not see any advantage to an articulate squeegee. I expected it to flop all around & break.

I clean my home Windows with this and it makes it so much easier!
